Starting a Workflow from Scratch

The SAP workflow wizard lets you build a workflow without a preselected business-process or module template, so you control exactly which SAP tables and masking rules go into it.

Steps

  1. Start creating a new SAP workflow.

  2. Complete the Define step with the workflow name and details.

  3. Complete the Connect step to link the SAP data source.

  4. In the Module & data scope step, choose to start from scratch instead of a business-process or module preset.

    Select "Start from scratch".

  5. In the Configure step, choose the masking rules to apply to the selected tables — see Masking Data Guide.

  6. Click Create to finish creating the workflow.

    Add your tables by hand.
