Application Layer Integration

Synthesized supports both JDBC and OData API connections for SAP. OData is the SAP recommended integration path and we implement it in the standard way - a small transport is installed into your SAP system via the normal change process, which exposes the OData services Synthesized then reads and writes through. No direct DB access required, so its fully compatible with RISE and aligned with SAP’s integration guidelines.
